hi i found some information on a website that i found interesting
Put together by a guy for his wife who had a hard time on the drug there is also a video with him talking about this.
Anyway he says it helped his wife coming off from 300mg to 0 by combing the effexor xl capsule and the effexor tablet which has a shorter life in your body about 9 hours i think.
And by combing the two together was able to come off although not without some withdrawel easyer than some ive read.
I myself am on 150mg and have been for about 9 month before that was on 225 mg for 3 to 4 years.
I reduced before by doing what was recommened on here counting the beads but i may try this way.
I also rang the company who make this drug and spoke to someone who was quite nice.
I told her my concerns with withdrawel and the things i have experienced when i have reduced and she also said i could combine both types of effexor.
So has anyone tried reducing by using both types with any success or not ?
