HI guys,
Well, I have a really important question because I'm worried I might be suffering from Acid Reflux, but I'm not sure whatsoever! So, I lost a lot of weight pretty quickly, and now that I've started to eat better, everytime after I eat veggies like broccoli, carrots or cauliflower and practically all fruits, I get horrible cramps and a burning sensation all over my stomach. From the top to the bottom. The worst part is, because of this, I took laxatives on Sunday but have been incredibly bloated ever since. The bloatedness is sooooo bad, I look PREGNANT! I can barely breathe, and it's actually hurting my lower back. I woke up today with a burning sensation in my throat, and after I ate fruits(stupidly again, I know) and veggies, I got the burning sensation, and even felt light-headed and all of a sudden super tired! I'm sooo bloated, and I just weighed myself at night, I was 112.0, yet in the morning I was 107. Please, someone tell me I didn't just gain weight overnight! All I ate was crackers, toasts(both wholewheat), veggies and fruits, and some granola bars. Can someone, PLEASE, help me??!!! I can't take the bloating or the pain anymore! :(
