I have this friend and she doesnt eat anymore. No breakfast, lunch and very little supper. My guess is she eats no more than 500 calories a day, if that much, maybe 350? She works out all the time and is determined to drop 15 lbs but she isn't even over weight or chubby. She eats so healthy it's insane but she doesn't eat enough! Can she lose the weight simply by just eating 400 calories and not working out, im afraid that working out is making her weak! What is she doing to herself? I'm so worried about her, what do I do!!!??? How fast will she lose the weight? Do I have time to talk to her like a week or so or do I need to talk to her now? Please help me out here!

hi snow, welcome to the board. I suggest that you confront your friend as soon as you can, although it's not like a life and death thing. Give your friend an unltimatum. Tell her you're worried about her and if she doesn't start eating you'll have to tell someone. Don't let her tak you out of it. Be strong and keep your head on straight. It might be scary for you to tell someone, even if she hates you for a few days, she'll realize what you did was best. Trust me, I've done it before. And please tell her that she should come to this board if she needs support!
Good luck, tell us what happens. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
