recently i have been having episodes where my eyes have been getting super focused and bright for no reason at all. It really is scaring me bc it feels like an out of body experience. any ideas on what it might be? Anyone else with this problem?

i get this exact same thing. ive never really thought about it i guess. do you suffer from anxiety by any chance? i know that sometimes when your adreniline starts pumping it can do this to your vision. sometimes when im outside this happens. it feels like i just put on glasses and i can see everything super well. i always just associated this with anxiety. let me know if you suffer from anxiety.
