I am panicking. I just feel like Im getting fatter. I have sworn to myself that I am going to stop this eating **** again.
I am going down to see my sister in Uni...she's taking me out for the night where she's at. The the next day, I am going to a fancy dress.
I am not an alcoholic (honestly)...but we r drinking on both occasions. It sounds like it's a regualr thing but it honestly isn't!!!

Anyway....I know that there's tonnes of kcals in each bottle and I am scared!!! This is what made me not really want to go even though I am!!
Any advice??????? I really need something coz I am gonna be feeling anxious all week

Love CarolineXXX

P.S....any ideas as to what I can dress up as this Friday coming??? It would really help! : )

Hello, Caroline! (Everything below is just my personal opinion and doesn't pretend to be common advice. Also excuse my English - it's not my native language. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Seems a bit strange to me to hear such things like "we r drinking on both occasions. It sounds like it's a regualr thing but it honestly isn't". Well, I'm from Russia actually (bears, vodka, Kremlin and Red Square). People here differs alot from people in US, we are drinking much and we don't care about it - we just live a life of ease - if we want to - we drink, if we want to drink much - WE DRINK MUCH (up to 30 days in a row 5-7 bottles of 0.5litre beer and 250g-750g vodka. That's per day http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif ) And if we want - we don't drink. That's my life and position. But I don't consider myself or any of my friends to be alcoholics or something. We are just having fun. What's important is to know where your stop point is - means when you MUST stop drinking. It might be a bottle of beer or 5 days in a row drinking bottle of vodka everyday. If you have reached your stop-point - that's it - STOP IT RIGHT NOW! Don't think just do. You'll feel your stop point when you feel real sick, when you have mental problems, when you are dizzy and seeing what's not really happening. That's it. If you don't drink up to your stop point often (that's what you decide - what "often" is to you) - you're no alcoholic, you're just having fun.

Another bad thing in drinking is drinking alone because of not seeing the way out. Means you just can't stop, you're waking up with headache, you drink a bit and you start again until the morning comes with headache, you drink... etc.. This is just after your stop-point.

Just like people like to read books, watch TV, etc - you like to have fun drinking with friends. Everything of above hurts their health.. What's strange - people in Russia don't suffer much from drinking, even though - people around the world consider drinking to be very affective on health. So if you drink - you must not cross your stop point often and you MUST heal yourself. People here cure their health with Biologically Active Additions (not sure if I spelled it right), which by the way lead to great weight-loss. So listen to a professionals of drinking - if you drink 2 days and that's not your stop-point - it's okay, you're just a regular human.

Wooh. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif Tired of typing - if you want to reply - do it only to email travnik2@narod.ru - I don't read old topics most time. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif Bye.
