Does the "lump in the throat" sensation feel the same for everyone with LPR? Mine feels like there is permanently a piece of food stuck in my throat...and it feels that way all the time! I can't clear my throat and my throat feels that way whether I'm laying down, standing or sitting. Is this how it is for other people with LPR?

Mine is always there and I'm always clearing my throat mostly when nobody is around. Sometimes it feels like a sinus thing. Every morning I have to spit out a small bit in the sink. 3 1/2 years now.
