does it take for your body to adjust? When i came off the pill last year, i was ok for the first 4 months, then i got alot of zits and PMT, so i went back on it after being off it 6 months. I've just come off it again and was wondering if i stayed off it long enough, would i get over the zits and PMT after so long?

It depends. It varies from woman to woman. Some women take longer than others to get back to normal after taking the pill. My cycle went back to normal right away, but I had some breakouts along my shoulders, and that's the only acne I had. I've had some other problems too, but I never considered going back on again. I don't care how bad my side effects got, I would never go back to taking the pill again.

Did the breakouts on your shoulders clear up?
