When you go to your cardio office have a pacemaker check, it printed out a copy of report says..... It included pacemaker setting, built in holter report, etc..... What is this report called? If I want a copy of this, how I mention the name of this to my cardio?

Probably you don't need an exact name. Just ask for for the report of a the pacemaker check.
