I have IBS. Is it normal to eat, then have the loose BM right away? I am sick of it. I have had Loose BM for two weeks.

But it lasts all day until late at night And it's that explosive when i do go that i swear i will crack the toilet one day!!!!!! Ha! :D If i don't eat i don't go toilet so i don't have the diarrhea and sometimes i don't eat just to avoid the diarrhea! ispyrebel 10-08-2006, 06:14 PM I am going to try a liquid diet and see if that helps for a day. I will let you know. brazilman 10-08-2006, 06:54 PM Hi: May I step in? A liquid diet would be ok for one day, but make it be vegetable broth or juice rather than fruit juice. Fruit juice will give you too much acidity. Broth is best. And then when you start eating normal food again, watch out for what is making you sick. White rice, cooked potatoes, poached eggs, bananas would be ok for you. Good luck. JC |
