It seems like every time I go work out. I get the worst chest pains and my acid reflux flares up. Even when I'm walking for a long period of time it happens. Does anyone else feel this way and how do you get rid of this. I can't even be healthy cause the acid reflux!! I swear to god some days I just wanna cry.

Do not eat 1 hr. before working out.
Do not drink a lot of liquids before working out.
Sip on cold water every 10-15 minutes while exercising.
Do not do jarring exercises.
Be sure and eat only small meals. A full stomach is a sure way to get food back up the esophagus.

I was doing stomach crunches early on when my reflux started. Probably contributed to it I would imagine. I just do eliptical now and weights, no abdominal exercises.

I am the same way, even if I don't eat before I go walking! I just make sure I bring water with me and constantly sip on it to keep the acid down. The other thing is I bring gum with me, because chewing gum can help reduce heartburn.
