My hair is so thick !!
I always have to wear
it down because when i wear
it up, it gives me really bad headaches.
My mom said that if i get it thinned
out, it will get it really wavy
but it already is really wavy and poofy.
I dont know what to do !!!

How long is your hair? If it is already wavy, I would suggest just getting it thinned out. It helped me SO much. My ponytail is like half as thick. I got lots of longer layers cut in and also had them use those hair thinning scissors. Later on I got it razored. My hair looks so much nicer too and I can wear styles that I see in magazines.. before it was just too much and would always look TOO thick. Plus it would take forever to style it.

My hair still takes a long time to blow dry it, but I flat iron it a few times a week. Blow drying makes my hair seem thicker also.. if I let it air dry and then flat iron, it comes out smoother and sleeker than when I do both.

You need a good hairstylist to deal with your hair. I also have extremely thick hair...but mine is very straight. I messed around for years with different hairstylists hoping someone could/would thin it out the way it needed to be.

I finally found a stylist who was not afraid to really get in there and thin it out. He knows what he is doing. He is somewhat expensive for my area...but he came highly recommended, so I gave it a shot.

I've never had better hair or more complements in my life.

Find a good stylist, get a good cut, and your problem will be solved.

Easier said than done...but when you get it done...it's worth every penny.
