This is the end of my second pack. I got my period last month but didn't get it the same time w/ this pack. Today I take my last white pill. Does anyone know why this is happening? Should I switch bcps? I'm not sexually active either so I know I'm not pregnant.

I was actually coming online to post the same exact problem you have. I've been on Yasmin for almost a year now and my periods have never came on at the same time every month, and they are actually becoming shorter to almost non-existant. They say you're supposed to start your period when you start taking the placebo pills (the white ones). I'm a Sunday starter and usually don't start my period until the last few days of my placebo's. I took my last one this past Saturday and have only been spotting for a couple of days...and now there's nothing. I don't even know if this contitutes as a period...

Have you been on any other birth control before Yasmin? And were your periods irregular before starting birth control? From my experience with irregular periods, Yasmin has been the only bc to allow me a period...or somewhat. It could be that your body is trying to adjust to a new medication. Hopefully, someone else will come along and shed some light on our situation. Just wanted to let you know that you're not alone out there!

This is the first time I have ever been on a bcp...I was prescribed it for my skin but my periods before have never been regular, but I've gotten them every month.

Hopefully its just the body getting used to the pills....
