Can anyone out there help me? At this point, I'm just looking for someone to talk to, not necessarily a cure. I work in the healthcare field and there is not too much out there to help me, as far as I know.

I have been diagnosed with "nonspecific inflammation" in my bowels (large and small intestine) which is very painful (the diagnosis was made by biopsy). When my bowels hurt, I most often get a facial rash, too. One time, when I was under pretty severe stress, I had bloody urine, and the urologist found "nonspecific inflammation" in my bladder. It seems like certain foods (especially soda with aspartame and acesulfame K) trigger the problem.

The GI pain and facial rash pretty much always go together. Is there anyone else out there like me?
