My blood pressure just read 87/55 with a heart rate of 85. I am 6' 4", about 150 lbs, and a 23 year old male. Recently my blood pressure has been low, though this is the lowest I have seen. My veins show rather well in my arms and somewhat in my legs, they seem to expand rather easily in my arms. In my legs, there are some indications of variscocities. Circulation my hands and feet is sometimes not so good, my hands have a tendency to turn red. I am dizzy occasionally when standing up, as this makes my heart rate go up significantly. My eyes are blood shot in the morning(with some spider veins in the eye not going away with use of eye drops).
Recently I have been suplementing with some Nitric Oxide stimulator tablets (smaller dose than recommended for exercising). I also take an occasional Multi-vitamin, B-Complex, Vit C, Vit D, Vit E, Co Q-10, Selenium, Saw Palmetto, Flax Seed Oil, Fish Oil, and Folic Acid supplement.
The Nitric Oxide stimulator has seemed to help quite a bit with my energy level. Also, my urine is sometimes frothy (bubbly), especially in the morning.
Is there anything to be concerned about here?
Is that blood pressure, combined with a med-high heart rate something to be concerned about? When I am active and wear a heart rate monitor my heart rate does drop down into the 70s and upper 60s.

I would have your doctor check your adrenal glands, they produce the hormone cortisol which regulates blood pressure. I also have low pressure and the doctors are thinking that I might have addisons disease.
