when i was about 14 years old this type of injury, maybe of masturbation appeard, i just ignored as it passed by, and left a "white" type of damage....
im 16 now, and weirdly, some other spots suddenly appeared exactly like that, but in form of warts!
weird is, that i've never had sex, so it has a little chance of std
i never had oral, nor anyone had contact with my penis before
and these "warts" seem to be multipling, im going to wait a week before going to the doctor
but , does anyone know what this could be?

i saw this post on another part of this forum, but had no reply, and this is exactly my problem :
For as long as I've known, I've had white spots over my balls and shaft, if I rub them a thin head can be removed, when I pull down my foreskin, under the head of the penus are clear white/creamy spots? ????

thx in advanced!

You get a number of harmless bumps and spots on male genitalia.
The first are sebaceous (oil) glands that are found on the scrotum and right up the penis shaft to the end of the foreskin. These are totally normal and become more obvious at puberty. You would be abnormal if you didn't have these. They occur on female genitalia too. Sometimes the can get blocked or even infected like the ones on your face and back and white sebaceous material can be squeezed out of them.
The second type is Fordyce's spots. These are fatty deposits under the skin, usually inside the foreskin. They can also occur on the lips. I have them there and nobody ever notices them so it is unlikely they will be noticed inside the foreskin. They are harmless. Not everybody gets them but they are no big deal.
The third type is pearly penile papules, usually found round the rim of the glans. These occur in about one third of males. They are meant to be more noticeable in intact males but I am circumcised and I have them. They are connected with nerves and actually increase sensation. Many males freak out about them for no good reason. Girls generally don't notice them. If they did the owner can truthfully tell them that they are normal and not contagious and increase sensation.
There is nothing you can do to remove any of these and no good reason to try. Just relax and enjoy what you have.

Wow, good advise! Theres so much to learn about our bodies! But thank God that we have such a forum, where guyes can ask these questions, and get good answers. Just when you think you understand your body, you get a big surprise, finding out that you yet have a lot to learn. :blob_fire Take care..
