How long after you remove the ring did you start your period? I have just completed my first cycle with the ring, took it out 4 days ago, and have only had very very minor spotting. Will my period come soon or should I consider this to be my period? I don't know if I should insert the new ring yet or wait and see what happens. I certainly don't want to get pregnant b/c I just had a baby in June! Help!! TIA

Nevermind. Sorry, I got my answer. I was obviously very confused. Now I know I have to wait 7 days, then reinsert it regardless. Thanks anyway!
