I recently just switched from tri-cyclen to cyclen and am experiencing side effects such as; "morning sickness"-like feelings, crying more than usual, fatigue(exhausted after one day at work & can't get up in the mornings), breast tenderness, and headaches.

Is this normal to experience this after you've already been on one type of birth control?

Will it go away in a couple months as the other one did?

You've switched to a pill with different hormones, so side effects are a very real possibility. Your body has to readjust to the new hormones. The side effects should go away after a few cycles.
