I've read a few threads about the use of Preparation H on the face.....[removed]

That article doesnt say WHY not to use it other that its purpose is originally for hemroids and is not a cosmetic. Duh, we all knew that. What is it "warning" us of? To not get it in our eyes? It doesnt say that if you use it, eventually so and so bad results might happen. Obviously if its been a beauty secret for a long time SOMEONE should have had bad results by now. Unless people cant manage to not get it in their eyes. There are a lot of "pharmaceuticals" that people have discovered have other benefits, such as the aspirin mask. Pointless article by whoever wrote it Id say.

not to mention that the Preperation H sold in the states no longer contains the active ingrediant it used to contain that actually did help.

It doesn't work anyway heck it doesn't even work on hemoroids in my experiences.

I dont know, I dont have issues with puffy eyes but one time Conan O'brien raved about it on his show, said his makeup person used it on him. Who knows...

Preparation H is for hemmorhoids. So don't use it unless you have it on your face.

If it works, why not use it? Jeez, people make such a huge deal about this kind of stuff.
You're technically not supposed to use Monistat Chafing Gel on your face either... but it works GREAT as a primer, so I use it. Big deal.

I have used it. I thought it was odd too, but I figured why not give it a try. I think I heard about it on an E! show with secret beauty tips or something along those lines. I gave it a try. It did okay. But I found a product called Sudden Change. Now that stuff works!
