I get these once in a while and I was wondering if you all are too. My BP has been great until the day after the doctors appt! I was at my daughters volleyball game yesterday and I felt my heart flutter. I got home and felt tired and dizzy. I took my BP and it was 172/110. So I took my clonidine and then my BP started going down and I felt better and no more flutters.

Does HBP cause your heart to flutter like that. Is that a form of anxiety? I notice that when I am anxious with things....plus the volleyball game was quite exciting!!! My doc doesn't beleive I have anxiety and I think I do. What do you think?
