I am getting really bad bloating since my surgery, worse than it has ever been, at the moment i am putting the reason down to my bacteria in my intestines being disturbed from the surgery, crohn's and all the medication.

I have been doing alot of research on manuka honey which is meant to be very good for digestive problems, i have ordered some, it is very expensive!!

I am just wondering if you have any experience of it or opinions???
