I've been sobbing uncontrollably for the past 45 minutes and I don't (well I think I know what set me off) know why. I can hardly catch my breath, these tears are coming from deep down. :( :( :( :( :(

Frozen... Hang in there.... Sometimes a good cry is what a person needs and when the tears come from way down deep inside, it makes one feel better later on. Cry it all out.

Frozen,

sometimes this just happens. of course you're in the US right? So mid / late afternoon now? I can't recall, are you rapid cycling? Because often the depression can come in the afternoon after a period of hypo in the morning. You really seem to be dealing with a LOT right now; parents, friends, not accepting or understanding.

I know it's hard but try not to wallow; go into your bedroom, look at photo's, listen to some music, anything. Or, simply let the tears flow, sometimes it's just better out than in and eventually you run out of tears and maybe have a little nap but more often than not just cry it out until you're calm again.

Wish i could help you. I understand you and what you're feeling, so does everyone else here on these boards.

I am one rapid cycler if there ever was one. I was hypo this morning. Gettting much accomplished, driving fast, the usual.

It's early evening now. The worst time for me I suppose.

I know you all understand. It means so much to me.

Thank you.
