I have a problem where I think something has come down into where my testicles are. They are like little bits of spheres, someone told me that it happens when your guts come down there but I would like to ask you'll what could it be? And what affects will I have from it?

If you don't mine could you enlighted me a little on what it is exactly and what could happen to me with this? I just want to know how to get rid of it.....I'm kind of afraid to go ask the docter even though I know I must facen it soon. I just want to have an idea of what I can expect of hearing from the good ol Doc.
