Hello guys, which would be better for me to order, "MEGA VITA GEL IRON FREE" or "ULTRA VITA MAN"?
The reason that I'm asking is because I wanna go with the softgel one is because it probably has a better absorption rate, but the ULTRA MAN 75 has more vitamins, minerals, & nutrients in it...
BTW, is Puritan Pride a GOOD brand to buy from?

not sure both are good
