O.K. I used to be a good size up until I was about 20. I always thought I could lose a little weight but, when I look back I was nowhere near overweight. I lost and gained over the years had a baby lost all the weight and ny extra weight too because my thyroid messed up then I gained back about thirty pounds I know I'm overweight I honesly look bad now. I have OCD and I guess what my quetion is is I have been taking metabolife again for about two weeks it's helped me all around but I'm eating so much less I will only eat a piece of tst for breakfast a piece of turkey for lunch and a small amout of what ever is for dinner. I drink water all day and will drink tea and decaf to keep me full am I setting myself up for something bad. I'm sorry if I said anything to upset anyone I've always obsesed about my weight but I couldn't stay away from the sweets. Is this just my OCD? Thanks everyone in advance Diane

I have OCD too. What are your primary OCD symptoms, I mean, what kind of things do you worry about apart from your weight?

I have a huge fear of throwing up i mean it takes over my life. I also touch things count stuff like that.

do you not want to eat because you are scared of being sick? or is there other reasons why you dont want to eat or do you simply not know why?
i know that sounds like a lot of questions but the answers may just help determine whats wrong
i really do suggest you speak to your dr you need medical attention before this gets any worse please seek help
