I went and had a facet injection on my left side today, and now I can't stand at all and put any pressure on my left leg it gives and I have fell twice, should I wait till tomorrow and call the docs office?

No, don't wait. Unless they told you this may happen, call them and ask about it right away. Don't wait until tomorrow.

Well I called and talked to the doctor on call and he said it could be the numbing medicine causing it, but now from my knee to my ankle is numb, he said it could take up to 12 hours for it to wear off, told me to just watch and see if anything else happens,

That does sound scary! When I've had blocks in the past I've always been told 'the pain could increase for the next 12-24 hours as the medication is absorbed. To take my meds. and take it easy so the meds can be more easily absorbed..................I come home and usually take my pain meds...I like to use heat after but I've heard many say ice worked better...........
