Hi guys!

Well, for any of you who remember my posts from a while back, I am going on my trip to Europe tomorrow. A whole month (at least) in a foreign country. My fears about eating there have have been largely calmed, and I am trying to dedicate myself to using this month (where it will be almost impossible to practice ED behaviours) as a time to learn some healthy eating attitudes. My boyfriend is supporting me, as usual http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif This trip will also get me away from drugs, which I have been using WAY too much in the past few weeks. My eating got better, but my drug use increased drastically . . . Why do I feel the need for a self-destructive crutch? Hmmm . . . Anyway, I'll try and check in here every once in a while in the next month, but if I don't get the chance, please everyone take care and I'll see you in a month!

Have a wonderful time in Europe, Fiona! It's a great place. Good luck with getting further in your recovery while you're there, too.

I'm in Glasgow!!! I love Europe, and things with my ED are actually not too bad. For the first few days I didn't eat much, but I'm slowly increasing my intake and I am even eating out in pubs and stuff! I'm doing a lot of walking, so I'm just telling myself that it's okay to eat a little more because I am getting a lot of exercise here. Anyway, I have very limited time on the computer so I have to go. Thanks for all your kind thoughts!!
