Anyone use aciphex 20mg once per day? How long does it take to begin working? Anyone take 2 pills per day?

It worked well for me this long but I think I need to up the dose or change meds. It is supposed to take around 4 -6 weeks (I think) before it works. Has anyone else noticed nervousness after they take it or that it makes them have dry throat for awhile? Also, has anyone else experienced a lot of mucous in their chest or a sore/swollen throat with acid reflux?
