I had an EKG in the Doctors office an here are my results, he has ordered a stress test because of my strong family history of CAD.
Rate: 64
PR: 150
Qt/Qtc: 406/413
QRSD: 98 -horizontal axis for age
P Axis: 28
QRS Axis: -5 Borderline
T Axis: -1
Don't understand the borderline on the Axis. What can cause this? This is the second EKG I have had with these findings.

The result is observing the QRS wave. That relates to the heart's left ventricle and QRS axis lies normally between -30 and +90 degrees. The left ventricle contractions are 64 bpm.
The results you have posted doesn't offer much information.

That is really all it says on there. I didn't understand it either.

My EKG report is more enlightening: The letters indicate what is being evaluated, the numbers indicate the condition. Your QT number is higher!?
QT 299...left atrial enlargement
QRSD 73...late transition
QT 299...left atrial enlargement
QTc 406...left ventricle enlargement
Normal P axis
This EKG was taken 2 1/2 years ago and I was admitted to ER for heart failure. Dimensions are normal at this time due to medication.

Pika,
The computer produces a graphic output and prints any irregularities. An analysis should be done by an experienced practioner and interpreted in the clinical contest.
I don't have the parameters of a normal graph's representations to compare. My copy of the EKG results prints out a message for each wave form. The extent of my knowledge on the subject relates what each wave form or wave forms represent. There is a maximum of 12 leads showing 12 different angles for electric impulses amplitude measured on the X axis and time measured on Y axis of the graph.
I have the parameter for QRS and that is -30 to 90. Your -62 is out of the range, but the interpretation may depend and explained by which lead and clinical context.

I just got out of the hospital for chest pain. I had all the cardiac enzyme tests and a stress test. Everything showed normal on my test results. Normal stress test, everything. I am trying to put CAD out of my mind considering I am a 27 yr old female. With all this it is hard!

Wanted to post alittle more about my results on my first EKG.
PR: 150 Msec Sinus rhythm
QT/QTc: 406/413 msec P:QRS-1:1; NOrmal P axis, H rate 64
QRSD: 98 msec -horizontal axis for age
P axis: 28
QRS Axis: -5 BORDERLINE
T Axis:-1
Anyone understand this?
