Ok, here's the thing... I want to start on Magnesium BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND etc... I am so confused with all that's out there, and I don't want to take the wrong thing. I am currently on 20mg of Nadolol for MVP once a day. I have anxiety (un treated) hoping that Magnesium helps me with it. Here's my question... I want to take Magnesium & C with rosehip.... I take my Nadolol first thing in the morning 7:00 am... so how should I incorporate the Magnesium & C with Rosehip and how often? I have heard that I have to be careful not to take Magnesium at the same time as other meds etc.... due to absorbsion.... WHAT DO I DO...... any suggestions on a brand as well.... If it matters, I am a 33 year old female at 120 LBS. PLEASE HELP... I REALLY WANT TO GET STARTED SOON..... thank YOU ALL AND God Bless
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET BACK TO ME

Well, just to let you know, peanuts are extremely high in magnesium. I usually just take a whole food vitamin which has everything in it from food sources, so if I want extra C I just drink juice or extra magnisium I eat raw nuts. I don't know much about individual supplements as I prefer a balanced source(multi) but do make sure I get foods in that have nutrition. Zone bars and protein powders are also a good way to get a bit more vitamins too.

Since your taking a prescription (nadolol) i'd make sure your DR. knows about you taking Magnesium so they can adjust your meds. But i take 500 mg of Magnesium Citrate twice a day as its highly absorbable and i tolerate it well. Some people can't handle that for their stomach but for me i've never had a problem......
