Hello! I was taking chelated calcium 1000 mg/magnesium 400 mg/zinc 25 mg for 3 pills (I was only taking 1 to 2) for a couple days. I was very nauseated about an hour after taking each pill (I did take the pills with food). It did help me significantly with my asthma symptoms and anxiety. I've gotten nauseated with calcium before so I switched to only magnesium 250 mg (not chelated) and I'm getting little to no effect from it. Could this be because the magnesium that I'm taking now is not chelated?

Possibly as most magnesium is very hard for the body to absorb. The Citrates are also very good for absorption so you can try that and see how you feel....
