I hope this is in the right place.

For a few monhts I've been getting really hard and deep bumps on my face. I'm not sure if they're just really deep pimples but they hurt, they are really hard, and seem to be really deep. I've tried opening one up but nothing but blood comes out. They're also only on my chin. Any idea of what this could be?
