I was just recently diagnosed and every morning i have a headache right when i wake up for about 1 minute. I asked my doctor and he said not to worry about it, but all over the internet it says it is a sign of nocturnal hypoglycemia.

What do i do?

I would suggest that you have a snack before you go to bed.... if you are on medication to lower your sugars, try taking it at a different time of day, if it is one that can be taken anytime.
