Ive noticed for the past 3weeks this rough, pink patch just on my shoulder..

It does not itch or hurt at all but it doesnt seem to want to go away.. I did wonder if it was a carpet burn from 4 weeks ago when i was scrambling under my bed clearing stuff out, but at the time I didnt notice at the time if I had hurt myself as I was sliding about on the shoulder..

anyone seen this before???
