I have a pain pump implanted that delivers pain medicine into my spine. The medicine slows down everything can anyone help me find somwthign to take that would help to speed up my system so I can lose some of this extra weight, and help with the constipation it causes.

There's a tea made by Traditional Medicinals called Smooth Move. It is a herbal stimulant laxative.
I am not a pharmacist, you may want to check for any drug interactions.
It works best if you prepare it according to directions, use boiling water over the tea bag, let the cup of tea steep, covered for 10-15 minutes, squeeze remaining liquid out of the tea bag into your cup.
It worked really well for me.
