Something is down inside my sack on the left testicle pretty much weighing it down. Plus it is making the left side of my sack bulge out alot while standing. When I lie down it seems like if it has disappeared. Can someone tell me if this could really be Inguinal Hernia and what could happen to me?

Sounds like it is. I had one of those and same deal except mine bulged above my package on the right side. Head to the doc and get it checked it's not as bad as some have said it is. As for what can happen to you, you dn't want to know as it may just make you worry but it can be bad so have it checked out.
