Hi Tiff:

Astrgalus and echinacea to enhance immune function
Black walnut and garlic aid in removing parasites
Teas brewed from budock root, dandelion, and red clover to promote healing by cleansing the bloodstream and enhancing immune function.
Topical applications of cayenne (capsicum) powder mixed with wintergreen oil to help relive muscle pain
Ginkgo biloba to improve circulation and brain function
Licorice root to support glandular system
Milk thistle to protect the liver
Pau d'arco taken in tea or table form for treating candida infection
Skullcap and valerian root to improve sleep.
Take chlorophyll in tablet form or in green drinks which helps to maintain energy level and reduce muscle pain.

Are you taking magnesium supplements? I only mentioned herbs since that was your question.

If you have tried those herbs already, never mind.

Blessings,
Kirstee
