My brother-in-law has thois condition ( TypeII), and he has began to get this skin breakout in the chin area. My sister says it has something to do with his diabetes, but I have not heard of this. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do about it. I had a skin masque I bought from Isreal and made with the Dead Sea Salt, ( this is the real thing) and it seamed to help. He is about 67 so I know it is not acne. Ha!
