First of all let me congradulate you on your soberiety and say keep it up.You have to remember that for 4 years you were taking a chemical that adhered to the opiate receptors in your brain. After awhile your own production of endorphins (our own type of morphine) slows way down because the opiate is taking it's place. There are other things going on as well but just remember that you didn't get addicted overnight and your not going to feel 100% overnight.Another week or two and you should be feeling alot better. If you can start going for walks in the morning and again after supper.Drink sport drinks like gatorade and eat well.Good luck and way to go.....Dave:) :)

Cassie just wanted to jump in and say you 7 days is great. Keep us posted, these boards will walk you through you temptations and your triumphs. Someone is always here for you.

Dave seems very knowledgable. I would have said the same thing, your body is going through withdrawal and you are going to be tired but don't give up.
