I am having problems sleeping because my hips are sore all the time. It feels like I am sleeping on marbles even though my bed is very comfortable. Because of this I have to sleep on my back...which then becomes sore. I also have sleep apnea and have to wear a mask which leaks when I am on my back. I already have a think piece of foam on my bed. Any suggestions so I can sleep on my sides again...I really miss sleeping on my side.

Try a "cuddle ewe" mattress cover. I believe this product was designed with fibro patients in mind. You might have to purchase the cover on-line.
I feel for you!

Linda, when you sleep on your back do you put a small pillow under your knees? Very important for avoiding back pain as a result of back-sleeping.
Best wishes.

I checked this out and to have it sent to Canada it will cost me an extra $75 plus another $75 on top of that for the duty at the border...that's on top of the price of it. *sigh* so I guess I will have to save for awhile first.
