I've had this problem for a few years now, but I didn't pay attention thinking that it would get better, but it didn't get better and stayed the same. My problem is that my pubic hair on my testicules seem to be dry, like they are different colour then my real hair, it's like blondish (and seems less healthy) and I don't have much, but my real hair is auburn, and the rest of my pubs around my testicules are fine and also I have like little ball point size lumps all over my testicules and on the bottom of my penis shaft, but some pubic hair comes out of those, and some don't have any pubs comming out of them.

doesnt sound serious - you may want to see the doc and have him take a look, no need to be shy about talking to the doctor.

Dunno about the bumps. I'd head to dr if I had bumps on my testies. As for your hair use some conditioner. It's for hair and it doesn't matter where it grows you still have to take care of it. Eat seme jello haha
