I'm starting to notice real improvements with my acid reflux, bad thing is I don't know what I'm doing that is improving it. I'm doing the following:

1) Stopped eating anything with wheat in it (bread, cakes etc.)
2) reduced my blood pressure medicine (ace inhibitor)
3) been taking flaxseed oil with omega3 and also aloe vera juice.
4) been exercising alot

Not sure if any of these have anything to do with my improvement but I will continue doing all four till next weekend and see if I am still almost acid free. If i am I will start eating bread again and see what effect that has. Then increase blood pressure meds etc.

Felt so good this weekend I went out and had a few beers on Friday and ate some chocolate on Sunday. Thats living ;)

Very odd, I notice when I'm constipated my acid reflux stops (along with my stomach pains and pain under right rib) but when I start going normally again I start to get the burning in chest etc. I am perplexed, you would think it would be the other way around?

Had 2 days of extreme stress and now my reflux is back with a vengence. Even on my diet and everything else I'm doing the stress was enough to bring it back. I wonder how much a factor stress is with acid reflux and can stress alone cause reflux?
