I am a healthy 30 year old male. A little over two weeks ago I noticed a very small cut on the top of my foot. It is 1/4" round. It had some pus, but didn't hurt. I am very paranoid about getting MRSA, so I pay close attention to any cuts/bites on my body.
From the day I noticed it, I have treated the small wound with hydrogen peroxide, Neosporin, and a fresh bandage every day. It will not completely heal. A few days ago it was almost gone, but then a small pus pocket was there the next day, then it went away and came back again, etc...
It is better today than it was 17 days ago, but why won't it completely heal?

I would go see a dermatologist because only they have the knowledge to tell you what it is for sure but, it kind of sounds like a cyst or blister to me. But, I wouldn't wait much longer before going to a doctor. Since it keeps coming back, you really don't want it to get infected (if it isn't already).
Take care and keep in touch.
