For the last 7 months, I have been tapering off of Lorezapam. 4 days ago I took the jumo to quit. So, I stopped. I must say, the w/d have not been too bad, I can eat, sleep. I don't have any muscle aches or anything.I do have a little nervousness and sometimes my heart will race. I also have this fear that I will freak out. I freaked out when I tried to quit cold turkey after a fay and a half. I am going on 4 days now, so that is good/. I just want to know if anyone knows how long the initial w/d last. I know there are prolonged effects that heal over time. I had been on ativan for 2 years. I was taking .5 mgs 3 times a day. Any advice is appreciated.

ok, I looked on a website that said something like, w/d can be from 1-4 weeks. It also said that severe dependencies can be alot longer healing process. I only took .5 3 times a day for about a year and a half to 2 years. That is severe to me, but then again, I read people who took alot more like, 7-8 mgs a few times a day for like, 15 years. That is WAY more then I ever took. SO, I still dunno where I stand.
