Hi everyone,

I have not seen a dentist for a while. What would the general cost be for a full exam that includes x-rays and cleaning. Will it be more than $100? I don't have a lot of money right now. Thanks.:)

If you live near a university with a dental school, go there for an exam. They will be much cheaper and sometimes need patients to practice on for free.

No,

Even at a dental school, you will look at $90 for the X-rays and evaluation...cleaning is extra. DEEP cleaning is $240 (60 per quadrant.)
I'm giving particulars for a very famous dental school program.

Ask ahead for a quote...maybe you'll be luckier and find a school where $100 will cover it.
