my brother has two lumps/bumps.. one on his arm and i think another on his leg, he says they are painful and they now look like they are turning black & blue.. he also said blood was coming out from one of them.. he is 29 years old and doesn't have any medical coverage at the moment.. i've been searching online but can't seem to find anything to match what he has.. does anyone have any suggestions of what this could be?
