Hey Ya'll:

I have been three days without my zoloft and Im now feeling all of the symptoms of withdrawal. I have a million questions, where would be the appropriate place to reach out?

Thank you all in advance, this sucks and I feel very alone/unsure.

just wondering, did you actually taper off of it or just stop suddenly?that would make a huge difference in your side effects.all anti Ds must be tapered off or you could suffer some uncomfortable side effects like you are now.if you scroll down to the depression boards, there are many people there who would be more than willing to help you.hope things get better for you soon.FB

Did your doctor tell you to quit taking it, or did you just decide to quit by yourself? I'm just wondering because I went through the same thing. My doctor said that I could try to quit/taper off whenever I was ready. I thought I would be OK, so I started trying to take 1/2 of my dose, or take it every other day. That lasted about 3 weeks and then I couldn't stand it anymore - I could see my old "habits" comming back, and then I went back on it. I would definately talk to your doc about stoping the medication. I know it's hard, but I hope you can do it!
