i am disabled, i get depressed is there any thing i can do to help myself feel happier

liam----i am also disabled and depressed. you might try reading some of the posts on the disabilities board and the depression board. they have helped me immensly. it is so hard to be disabled. i believe the physical pain brings on the depression at least that's what happened to me. wish you the best. start reading some of these posts they have alot of good advise and support:wave:

Hey my best advice is take some rap music and listen to it. Go online nad get the lyrics of the song you listening ot and sing in yourself not very loud so you can feel the music in your heart. It boosts my emotional state into a happier man most of the time.
