Well I dont know where to put this so I am putting it here.

For the past week I have been having pelvic pain and lower stomach pain. Well last night I noticed I have brown bleeding. What could this be? My last period was in July as I am on the Depo shot. I am suppose to get it again today, but dont know what to do. Somebody plese help me out.
