Hi All,
I have a strange problem that has just started since my PIC line antibiotic therapy was started last week.
I am being treated for an osteomylitis of the ankle and have been having a problem with Bowel Movements since I started the Therapy last week.
I normally went Once or twice a day with well formed stools.
Now since starting the IV therapy of CEFEPIME my stools are very thin and not very moist, and require some effort to expell compared to my normal BMs.
I am puzzled because my eating habits have not changed but my exercise level has dropped to nothing.
Any advice greatly appreciated thanks.
