Hey yall. My name is Emily and I'm 17, diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder.
I got this list of words from my doc as part of my CBT and I thought I would share them with you.
Words that set us up for increased stress. Anytime you think one of these words, take a second, and change the word so you have a choice. Such as, Should...use could. Instead of can't, won't.
